Once upon a time, there was an unhappy, overweight and unhealthy young mother of two babies with mental disability and epilepsy. This mother, although well educated in the fields of health and nutrition (she held three university degrees and many alternative diplomas as well) was still utterly confused about what to eat for health, energy and what to eat for healing disease. After being diagnosed with cancer, she knew there was something wrong with her way of life.
She knew that what we eat and how we think have a significant impact on our health more than anything else. But she was confused about what is right to eat? Is it individual - do we each have a different ideal diet? What does it depend upon? After over ten years of university studies, degrees, research and many diplomas, she still didn’t have the answer.
So she decided to find the answer herself.
She decided to put together research from all of the scientific fields, and not only research from nutritional and food sciences, to get the answer.
Once she found the ideal diet for humans, her life changed and so did the lives of her clients, family, and children (by then already four ;). People healed from diseases or improved their situation for conditions that were considered incurable.
Now her goal is to help people understand the essence of the ideal diet, to help people lose weight and heal their body so that they also can be happier, less stressed, more attractive, more productive and live the life of their dreams.
But, most amazingly, she was happy to learn that the ideal diet for humans is also the most caring for our planet, and it is the cheapest way to live and the one that causes the least amount of suffering.
