    Submit a support ticket if:

    • A page is not loading
    • A video is not working
    • You cannot access content you purchased
    • There is a billing issue
    • A link appears broken

    Support tickets are for technical and account issues only.

    Support tickets are answered within up to 3 business days.
    Responses are typically sent during regular business days.

    If your issue requires technical investigation, response time may extend slightly.
    You will always receive a reply.

    Please allow up to 3 business days for a reply.
    Do not submit duplicate tickets, as this may delay response time.

    Login details are case-sensitive.

    If you forgot your password, click “Forgot Password” on the login page and follow the instructions.

    Please check your spam folder for login emails.

    If you still cannot access your account, submit a support ticket.

    Video playback depends on your internet connection.

    If a video is buffering:
    • Pause the video for 30–60 seconds
    • Refresh the page
    • Try a different browser if needed

    If the problem continues, submit a support ticket with the specific lesson name.

  • q-iconI can't see my tutorial modules.

    Make sure you are logged into the account you used during purchase.

    If you cannot see your program inside your dashboard, submit a support ticket including:
    • The email address used at purchase
    • Date of purchase
    • Order confirmation number (if available)

  • q-iconHow do I cancel my membership?

    We hate to see you go. You can follow the steps below for a refund, or if you wish to cancel your free account, please submit a ticket to support. If you want to be removed from our mailing list, click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email we’ve sent you.

    For a refund: If your purchase is within the refund window stated on the product page, submit a support ticket with:

    • Your full name
    • Email used for purchase
    • Order confirmation number

    Refunds are processed according to the terms shown at checkout.
