Vegan Recipe – Easy Stuffed Mushrooms With Macadamia Creme

Easy Stuffed Mushrooms With Macadamia Creme

Macadamia nuts are excellent for health and weight loss due to the palmitoleic acid they contain. Palmitoleic acid is a monounsaturated fatty acid that increases fat metabolism, which allows the reduction of fat storage in our bodies.

Macadamia nuts are also rich in flavonoids which, in our bodies, are converted into antioxidants that scavenge for free radicals thereby protecting us against many disorders.

I don’t like mushrooms. What can I use to substitute? Thank you.

Dear Denise, You could use cauliflower instead. It’s really tasty with macadamia creme.
Let me know how you liked it 🙂
